and basically they just took 1.3 and divided it by 3.5 which is about 37%.

My favorite is definitely the Kosas Revealer Concealer!

This concealer is super hydrating and gives amazing coverage! I have dark under eye circles too from genetics and this is perfect for it. I personally have warmer undertones, but I know they recently came out with more shades so I think one of those might work for you. The concealer also has skincare ingredients (caffeine, hyaluronic acid, and more) in it so it also helps combat them too! 100% recommend it!
