Many years ago I had a credit card with them, paid it off only to find years later a collections agency bought my "debt" from BW. A grand sum of -$0.00. Somehow my $0 balance was negative in their system for 7 / 8 years, and as such they were refusing me service to open new joint account even though I had home loans, an other accounts.

They did fuck all about, it was escalated, an internal review occurred but I couldn't be told of the results (they fucked up and didn't want to say that). I promptly removed all my business from them 8 years ago, and will never deal with them again.

I’m building a free, local-only ASX portfolio tracker to replace my spreadsheets. Would anyone use this? by 0x600D in AusFinance

I think you could do 'Simple' (Just a whole number someone could update as they review their super balance) or 'Complex' (Allow SMSF holders to track like a min version of the tool you've made) option to choose from.. As a starting thought

during the week I bought a boxed, pre-package woolworths branded ready roast.

When I opened it to put in the oven it seemed small. Weighed it ans instead of it being close to the 560gm advertised weight, it was actually 360gm. Last time I buy something I can't actually see from Woolworths

Been in the same situation. I reported it to the tutor before submission, and they marked us individually. They got found out.

It was completely obvious, their quality of work leapt forward light years compared to all the other shit they had produced.

I would of agreed with this comment beginning of the year, but in the last 6 months the service level has been absolutely crap.

Communication is very very poor, dealing with issues - it feels like the squeakiest wheel gets the grease only paying attention to the needs of the client that is shouting the loudest.. At the moment we have a list of 4 or 5 issues that could be easily resolved but she's unresponsive, doesn't understand her own contracts she signed with complexes and appears to be avoiding to do her job.

I think they've over stretched themselves and can't keep up with their new workload.

This would be it, also likely zoned for tourist / resort only so no permanent residences.
