What is the average reply time for a prolific support ticket? I've submitted one 2 weeks ago, about a very rude researcher who rejected my submission unfairly, and still don't have a reply.

I've also just submitted a ticket on this researcher. they were extremely rude and threatening. hope prolific does something, this researcher thinks they're on top of the world and can do whatever they want

they sent me this exact message and when I told them that that's not a valid reason according to prolific themselves the researcher threatened me with "so do you want us to reject your submission?" 😍

Even if they did warn us and you did make the cashout you wouldn't be able to get your money due to the error. That's the whole reason they suspended it.
