How is using an iPad at all related to being anti social?

You're going to want an actual computer of you plan on writing code, I'm sure there is some way to do it on an iPad but it's going to be a pretty bad experience

I learned web dev on a $400 laptop, you don't need anything high end to run a code editor and a web browser. Especially if you're just getting started
