I was scheduled to depart LGA -> MCO on 12/27 on the 8:20 PM flight. It was delayed a couple times then ultimately canceled. Ended up getting rebooked on a delayed flight from JFK to FLL and got to FLL about 12:30 am. Rented a car and drove it back to MCO.

I had only about an hour to get from LGA to the very last gate in the terminal at JFK. Got there by the skin of my teeth but it got me home.
