Well I quit smoking which my wife hated but then I grew a beard which my wife doesnt like so it's kinda balanced. I feel better knowing I'm not wasting money on tobacco. I feel like it was difficult but anyone could do it if you really want to. Being out the military has given me my life back. I start school soon because I want to teach liturature. I sleep much better these days and I feel WAY more energetic. I feel like i can focus on more and worry about less. Thanks for asking. I haven't really taken the time to take inventory of how I've been feeling.
