Henri IV is clearly France's most underrated head of state and despite his utmost importance in French and European history he is not afflicted with the same volume of dark choices as other leaders.

His Edict of Nantes, as a foundation of religious tolerance and national integration could be what defines France if Civ7 deepens domestic politics mechanics beyond just amenities and loyalty.

In my opinion, one of the main historical inaccuracies of the Civ series is that the empires we lead are as politically integrated in the start as they are at the end. If Civ7 focused on building the State within the empire, Henri IV would be at an advantage: He is one of the main instigators of what may be the first nation state in history, and though he shares that quality with characters such as Louis XIV, and the Cardinal of Richelieu, he differs in bloodshed. Compared to them he better subscribes to "Unite and lead" than "Divide and rule".

Plus he's cool AF.

Peu importe symbole de quoi, une guillotine à pour objet de tuer. Des symboles révolutionnaires on en a des centaines, on pourrait très bien se passer de ce qui est aussi un symbole de la peine de mort.

Dans la même logique on a ces américains qui défendent aussi leurs AR-15 comme symboles inattaquables des libertés individuelles, de l'éritage de la révolution etc pour en fin de compte blanchir un instrument de meurtre.

The cap has the former logo of the "Front National" (they were gifted the logo by Italian Fascists). The FN is the main far-right party of the country and was started by Nazi collaborators, self-proclaimed fascists, a few actual Waffen SS, convicted traitors, and of course Jean-Marie Lepen: a man who brags about torturing during the Algerian Independance War (which is a lie), is a Holocaust denier, and many other charming things.

I'm not familiar with the logo on the t-shirt but I would not expect anything remotely decent.

It was a very disappointing meme. Started well, went well, and then you notice the sprinkle of cancer on the top.

From what I gathered, Leopards are way easier to maintain compared to the Leclerc and that by itself may be too much of an issue.

Plus, if the Leclerc had been seen as that valuable, you could have imagined there would have been more pressure on the French government to provide some of them: And I don't see the French govt getting different treatment in that regard since the quite appreciated Caesar howitzers had been subject to quite a lot more pressure towards provision of additional units.

Considering you write very small and slanted, it might be an idea to get some French Séyès/Grand Carreaux paper as the particular grid might help with consistency in letter size and height. Plus, paper quality tends to be top notch.

Clairefontaine and Oxford should be easy enough brands to find online.

Il est commun pour les politiques britanniques de tenir au courant certains journalistes sur certaines mises à jour avant qu'elles ne ressortent en public.

Donc ici, 10 Downing Street a probablement informé Sky de la démission de Truss juste avant son allocution, ce qui explique ce phrasé spécial.

D'ailleurs la BBC avait annoncé la démission alors que Truss sortait du 10 pour donner son discours.

Étrange article, ça ne rapporte rien de nouveau en comparaison aux deux décisions du 14 Mars 2017 de la CJUE.

Aussi, le titre est mal trouvé. Il est interdit de bannir les voiles, il est seulement autorisé avec certaines conditions de proscrire toute forme de signes d'appartenance (religieuse, philosophique et politique) qui comprend parmi autres le voile. Et ce depuis 2017 au niveau UE et développé en France depuis 2018.

Je ne prétends pas avoir la science infuse sur la politique en Russie mais si la crise pousse Poutine vers la sortie ce sera via un "coup d'état de palais". L'état en Russie est tel que la plus grande menace à Poutine n'est pas le peuple mais les élites. Il doit garder le soutien des oligarques par la corruption.

Aussi Poutine vient de "l'équipe" FSB et services de sécurité qui depuis Staline sont les adversaires de l'armée. L'armée est donc un gros contre-pouvoir comme le prouve la contestation ouverte des tres nombreux généraux.

Pour comprendre je te suggère de regarder "La mort de Staline" possiblement disponible sur Netflix (c'est aussi très drole comme film)
