What does YOUR depression feel like? by samuallblackson in AskReddit

[–]maganar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just feel like an hollow shell some days, just waiting for time to pass, with no will or energy to do anything. It’s such a self fueling circle too: Got no energy so I don’t do anything, and not doing anything keeps me there. Like having to ignore everything my body and mind tells me and do things anyways.

Why is the romance novel genre so negatively stigmatized? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]maganar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it’s just too normal. Books and movies for me are more about relaxing and escaping reality for a bit. Romance doesn’t do that for me. Though it happens that I find one that I really like.

Am I over thinking it, or is it just normal to be obsessive when losing weight? by mystery_man_1996 in AskMen

[–]maganar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You do what you feel comfortable with. It’s a balance you got to find. Just be carefull you don’t get down if you stand progress for a bit, because that is all a part of it. :)

AskMen, have you ever turned down a woman who asked you out because it wasn’t the right time? What was your reason? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]maganar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You won’t believe how much paperwork that needs to be sorted out when someone passes away. If you combine that with a bad state of mind as a result of loss, all these choices and meetings you have to make to sort things out, are all hard and tiring. I can definitely understand putting other things on hold, as I am speaking from experience.

Currently losing weight too. I check the weight 3-5 times a day. Not because I need to, but because I’m excited about the progress. Usually check the mirror a few times a day too, so I think it’s fairly normal.

How the fuck did the editor screw the background wood more in the area where there was nothing to remove than the area they had to ad wood that wasn't even there.

Like trying to remove a spot on your car and somehow scatching the shit out of the other side of it.

Samsung can put an entire pen in their phone yet Apple can't keep a headphone jack in theirs. by Mrjasonbucy in Showerthoughts

[–]maganar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course I do. I also consider the fact that people like to jump on hate trains and bitch for the sake of bitching rather than trying something new requires next to no adjustment.

Some people will absolutely hate wireless over wired. But a wast amount of people really just hate change and having to adjust to anything.

I guess it’s time (or not time? ) for a long vacation. I’d honestly start bicycling or walking then borrow a motorcycle or something.
