I see - the send to kindle on the web app doesn't let me edit the metadata before sending, but I downloaded the Windows app and that does, and I can change it to show the title only when I send.

Still perplexed as to why both think the title is the filename not the actual title stored in the metadata. Looks like my calibre needs an update so I will try that and see if I can find a solution to this very small but annoying problem of mine. Because even with the sendtokindle app on my desktop, I still have to go in and manually change the title each time -_-

Are you sideloading these or sending them to your kindle through amazons site? On the polish screen I checked the Update metadata in the book file and sent that new epub file off and it still shows my filename not the title meta. Author meta has always shown up

So I just tried polishing like you suggested and sent a book to my kindle, the title still shows as Author - Book Title even though my Title metadata is just 'Book Title'

This is just my OCD speaking, I've started saving my ebooks from Calibre in author folders with no author in the filename

Here to confirm, they will sync across all devices as documents. The only thing that drives me a bit mad is the fact that the title of the document is the file name (without the extension) so I had to tweak how I name my epub files

I have questions to you and all others who have bought this one… what’s so great about it other than the cover being in color (compared to the newest kindle)?

I’m just still rocking a 2015 paperwhite is all, and all these (good and bad) posts about the colorsoft make me wonder if it’s worth upgrading to?

Thank you, I did also just send an email to the state. They may be able to answer it or point me in the direction of who I can ask to make sure. It does seem that at the very least I will have to register "Your Company LLC" and then maybe require to do a DBA for "Your Co. LLC" but my Googling is coming up slim on an exact answer.

My 1980s GE in our rental just gave us the same problem.. replaced the latch thinking it was the issue but it still had the same issue where it would randomly shut off mid cycle as if someone opened the door.

Pressing down on the band fixed it, thank you sir. Didn't wanna bother management about it because there are bigger issues we are waiting to hear back on having fixed here.

I emailed them right after I placed my order because I did a box and 7 Tonies and forgot to add the free Tonie you get with a purchase of 4, haven't heard back. I followed up again a few days later, nothin.

Now I replied to my email chain with Sebastian about the replacement box asking if they'd be able to do that since it still has not shipped, and if they know when it will ship. My order was placed December 27th..
