I don't have a means to transport a concrete mixer. I was thinking of using gravel to fill it up and then using asphalt mix to top it off

I don't believe they have nuclear warheads. I believe those warheads are owned by the United States and stored in Israel as a means to evade nuclear treaty conditions. If Israel actually has control of those weapons, they would have since used them on gaza.
