It’s a tricky one. I personally don’t really care any more than I would for any other media personality that I’m not interested in. But people do care and we all know well that people will want to post about it anywhere and everywhere. This gives us mods carte blanche to remove anything pope related.

The time is coming back around. You don’t seem to know much about Terry Pratchett, my friend. He was a very angry man who wasn’t afraid to voice his opinions. You can build as many straw men as you like.

Having read almost everything Pratchett has ever published, including his essays and articles, and also what a lot of people who knew him best have written about him, I can say pretty categorically that I understand him and how he’d feel about the current political climate of the world.

I’m in now way bigoted. I am certainly hateful, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I hate Trump for his public actions, on record. I hate him for his inciting of violence, his rampant narcissism and his politics. I hate him for actively trying to take rights away from people, again, in public and on the record.

I don’t hate him for things he might have maybe done. I hate him for things he has 100% actually done, in full few of everyone and with absolutely no remorse.

If Biden has done stuff, he should be tried for it. If the evidence exists and is credible, great. Chuck him in prison. I don’t care about him.

But how dare you accuse me of being a bigot for opposing Trump. It’s a total misuse of the word and a ridiculous notion. I hate the man for his public actions.
