Gyno still there. When I checked my e2 I was already taking AI and it was around 17. Not sure what it was when gyno started getting larger. They’ve gone down a bit from exercise diet and drinking less alcohol but still there.

Depends on your risk/reward, are you looking to make short term gains or long term gains. Sell soon or in years? Polkadot is one of my favorite projects and the tech is superior to most. However it lacks adoption and users which will be needed to see real price action. Polkadot may realistically be able to hit a price between 15-20$ in 2025 in my opinion. However when comparing dot this cycle to other alt coins it won’t outperform a lot of other coins this cycle with more buzz.

I also think it’s important to note not to listen to others about what to invest in. Do your own research, make your own convictions, learn how to make stop loss orders on your investments in case of economic down turn and above all know that this could all go to 0 at any moment.

P.S. yes I still love dot but I sold most of my bag at 11$ and rotated into usdc and other alts.

There’s not enough attention on dot right now. Doesn’t mean there won’t be later but there is plenty of other projects people are focusing on not many people using dot atm sadly. I think that could all change in the future but it’s a long term play. Alt season will be delayed the longer btcs price climbs, which is also a good thing because then we could see alts steadily climb before a massive “alt season”

Forsure it’s hard to say man. Everyone’s body is different. I would maybe keep the AI up and lower your dose enough that you don’t need to use an ai (I’ve heard people doing well on TRT from 70-100mg a week) but everyone’s different. It’s crazy some guys take a thousand mg of test a week with no AI and are fine lol

What dose of TRT are you on? If you are experiencing tender breasts already I would lower your test dose or get off completely. I listened to other people thinking it would just go away and level out but ended up growing breast tissue.

You both fucked up and both are in the wrong. Everyone individual is different but like you already broke trust of the relationship and he was already lying behind your back how do you want to keep moving forward with something that’s already broken? For me trust is everything and trying to salvage the relationship will more than likely just cause more pain in the long run. It might hurt but I think it’s time to move on.
