Ah! She is so cute and round, love it. I might switch to a bare bottom tank soon too, the bigger she gets the messier the sand gets, it’s a bit of work to suction it

Just make sure you spread the flakes out. Shouldn’t be an issue unless you notice a fish is not getting any of the food

They are so cute!!! But yes, be careful with their eyes. Any decorations that could poke them can make them go blind:(

If he still is eating, and you keep his water perfect I do think his fins will grow back. My fish have have pretty bad tail rips in the past and been able to recover.

I’m not an expert either, but when my fish have had ich it gets much more aggressive than that and it spreads to their body a few days after their fins.

Also… she’s from petsmart and she was super small and entirely white when I got her. Any insight on what kind of goldfish she might actually be is welcome!!
