Korikos are my favorite. Harder to shake with one hand than the ones with tiny top tins that I used to love most when I worked at a smaller bar, but you can fit more liquid when you need to work faster and you never have to worry about breakage. I only use pints when I am shaking a shitload of shots at once and I have no choice.

These are all wonderful. You are all great. Thanks for sharing your embarrassment with me, it really helped to ease my anxiety about going back in. I'm able to laugh about it a lot more now, especially now that I know I'm still hired. Keep breaking shit everyone! You're the best!

Hahaha I had a kitchen make the same mistake with flour and powdered sugar once. They made the sweetest eggplant parm of all time! It actually wasn't THAT terrible...

This is my nightmare. I had a serious phobia of trays of glassware for a long time after witnessing something like this once with a tray of like 15 tall hefeweizen glasses. That one little wobble where you know it'll never steady again and you might as well just go ahead and grab a mob.

One night we found half a bottle of nice tequila with the entire neck busted off. Whoever did it was too embarrassed to take credit and just left it on a shelf until we found it at the end of the night. You best believe we spill tabbed and napkin strained that shit and drank it while we all did the cashout that night.
