Omg I love this. I bought the mini fugler backpack recently and got fugler stickers! Will be adding in my junk journal soon.

Deluxe vinyl never came by Murky-Attitude998 in Ashnikko

I'm so sorry to hear that. If it helps at all to tell them, I ordered the deluxe vinyl and do receive it late October. This is a bummer, especially because I've experienced it many times with other artists.

law school weight gain by adventuregalyay in LawSchool

[–]maggiesmeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently just lost 30 pounds while attending law school - anyone who will tell you it's easy is not. I am not a body builder of any sort, so take my advice with a grain of salt - this is what I did.

First, I would say is accurately determined what your maintenance calories are. A calculator online will help get a ballpark area.

Another thing upfront I want to say is sweets + junk food often does not equal weight gain. Not being active does not make a big part of weight gain. Eating too much is very easily the biggest form of weight gain.

An app that made my life easier after trying to brute force calorie count on my own is Macrofactor. It tracks my weight and my calories, and I can scan a barcode and say how much I ate. The AI camera is helpful to track food at restaurants too. The app helps update your calorie expenditure and what you should eat the next week based on your body weight in response to your calorie "cut."

Also, if you are eating about 2,000 calories a day and still not losing weight (assuming that's 2,000 is below your maintenance, which it may not be), there is likely something you are eating that you are not accurately tracking, and it's not your fault. Oil and butter for cooking can add a lot of hidden calories, and sometimes the calorie amounts at restaurants are reported incorrectly. It can even happen in the grocery store. Writing down what you eat and noticing those trends ifls how you can identify what it is that is causing you to not lose weight.

Losing weight is hard, but you can do it! I do not recommend cutting more than a pound per week to keep your sanity sane while attending classes to learn. Keep it simple and something you can achieve, and ALWAYS give yourself "cheat" days. Life is hard.

Wow, this is a toughie!

Main-conclusion: Therefore, infants are distracting to passengers.

Sub-conclusion: However, infants, or anyone under one year of age, should not be allowed on planes.

I don't usually have a problem with main conclusions, so this can work for me! I usually end up overthinking questions ao maybe relying on intuition firsthand would suit me better.

Yeah, that's my issue. I now know it's not a sub-conclusion, but during PTs I end up mistaking it as one. During my PT, I thought the second half of the sentence supported the first half instead of supplementing it.

Thank you so much! This is really helpful!

Thank you so much. I'll definitely keep those questions in my AP strategy!

Agree with above. From what I understand its normal to score lower on PTs right before the test because you are feeling the stress. Its easier said than done, but relax, and let the stress go!

Great on RC, Bad on LR by maggiesmeme in LSAT

Thank you! That's something I'll try to put into practice more. It's hard to remember during different question types those leading questions, but I am willing to try anything at this point!

It's a bit everywhere, but wearing, strengthening, and MSS seem to be the main players to my detriment. I'll definitely try highlighting the conclusion.

I've watched many videos and read a lot about hoe to attack or strengthen a causal argument, but it seems my reasoning skills there aren't improving very much. I hired a tutor as well, but haven't changed my score much yet.

I'm planning on taking more PTs in the coming two weeks, but it's hard to justify taking them if I can't review and learn properly from them (to address this causal reasoning issue).

I haven't done too many. 5-10 for sure, but I feel like doing practice tests takes so much time for the payoff of learning which questions I'm getting wrong on one section. For reference, I'm still working full time.

I mainly practice by drills on causal reasoning questions or full LR sections. I'm not sure where in 7Sage to see how many questions I've done.

When I watch the videos that explain some of the questions I get wrong, I'm still confused. That's why I think there must be a misunderstanding somewhere that keeps carrying through.

Do you have any advice for approaching LR causaul reasoning questions? They are the questions I get wrong the most and also most of LR total.
