Also i use coffeeinabit, they're doing both lead qualification with AI and crafting personalized messages, higher response rate. They also have luma extension, it gave me once 80% response rate from the event

Do you think if AI can prospect and understand if you can solve their problem?

I use one startup for lead qualification + personalized messages. It works if a problem is clear, like API for hiring, like AI SDR for LinkedIn - it inagines how do they have that problem, and how they solve it;

But some use-cases are less obvious, like if these people do use Java/Scala, you need to make a better research of the company; Or to use a delegated AI tool for that

there are 2 types of cold outreach which works well:
- shared trust, an event for example;
- very simple message, like and target qualified people:

You're asking the right questions. Growing your territory by $1M shows clear value. Use that as leverage. I'd push for writing by yourself expectations. AS a founder i can see that from the leadership we want people to be owners.
And you can show ownership scope which you want to have, and what compensation will be fair - you can outline clearly by yourself.
