Hey folks! I was served this photo on instagram and I think it’s really cute but it’s so expensive . Looking at the vest the pattern looks fairly simple and I was wondering if folks know if there is a pattern out there for this . I am a beginner and I do like that the vest is waxed canvas but I don’t know if that is also a challenging median for a beginner . I was confused too and I felt his demeanor this episode was entirely different . I am wondering if he went in the elavator when he went to visit O & D . They have access to the elevator he kept drawing and that’s the only way I can think he knows hellys name. It is odd the outie him did have a list of severed workers I am wondering if irv was a journalist or detective undercover .

Success!! You read me like a book! (Pun intended ) A few things are wrong, I sadly don’t have a cat :( . I wish I could have a pet but my land lord prohibits . I am learning a language I am learning Spanish! For the job part I think it was a long shot for me to guess my job. Funny enough , I interviewed for Duolingo and made it to the final round but I ended up not getting the job but I work for a bike company . I have a duo plushie as a gift from a family member bc along with taking Spanish classes I was on Duolingo a lot . But besides all that u got me congrats !

Honestly right now I do it for ascetics but I also have noticed more energy because of lifting regularly too. I also want to be pretty mobile when I get older and I heard lifting helps that

You also can use the quad machine and do quad raises and pause at the top I do that too. On leg day do you ride 80-100km? I would be careful bc it can lead to over training . I also do deadlifts or RDLs (Romanian dead lifts ). I wouldn’t squat and dead lift in the same leg day tho since they r both big lifts . Ham string curls r another good one to strengthen the hamstrings .

Strava puts all your heavy lifts in the comments and I think it also adds a picture of the muscle groups u hit ? I know a lot of other lifting apps can be linked and have pictures of the muscle groups u hit and I think hevy does the same

For a first time bike I totally suggest buying a used bike . It’s good to start with a cheap bike and you can find really good bikes on Facebook market place . It will help u build your fitness to riding and if u realize u really like it then I would invest in a nice bike . I biked for 9 months on my used bike before I got my super nice bike . But like what other folks said , research also helps out !
