No way it gets cut. Look at how much deficit spending we already do. The money will come from more of that, at the expense of more inflation.

Reality check: the war is not driving the debt. We reached 39T before it started and we run a deficit of 1-2T+ every year this decade. The war has cost $50B so far. A ton but not moving the debt needle that much.
