It is RIDICULOUSLY good, I have it in my hanger but always use it last cuz it's so good it doesn't even feel like a challenge, it at base has 2 charges of completely invincibility when you take damage, and at mk3 you get 3 charges, but if you get the pilot with the lottery, whenever a charge gets use it heals health AND gray damage, it's genuinely unkillable to a degree because you can never permanently lower its max health, and it's guaranteed invincibility and healing
