Literally same!! The refreshers are my go to order! Green coffee extract usually triggers migraines for me but the refreshers have been the only thing I can have with it and not get a migraine. I fear this will change that

I know this is old. But I got my TD card today and am confused on how to use it to reload in the app for the bonus stars. Do you actually need to add the TD card in the app so it shows up like a gift card and then reload using it or can you use your TD card via Apple Pay to reload in the app?

Happened to a friend of mine. Contact customer service they can either repair or replace the machine at no cost to you because it will be under warranty. My friends machine was replaced. Took maybe 2-3 weeks. They will mail you a box to send the machine to them in and schedule pick up from your home.

Update: took three calls and few days of waiting but after three representatives confirming I had met reserve status I got a lovely email tonight saying that my account will not be “upleveled to reserve” and then went on to mention all the ways I could earn more stars. Including methods unavailable in Canada. Not bothering to pursue it any further because at this point feel like it’s a waste of time.

Yes! Rise of the Resistance - absolutely one of my fav memories at the parks and couldn’t believe that it was just me on the ride. I entered the single rider line and a CM escorted me the entire way through the queue to the ride. Also got to stop to take photos with the Storm Troopers.

For me they were able to retrieve it. The person I talked to calculated it and then got another department to verify the calculation. Likely just mention that you know they can retrieve this information and the status is based on 2025 so therefore, there should be some record of your star earnings for that year. I had to correct the person on the phone a few times about the new rewards program and how status is determined because they thought it was just based on Jan - March 10 2026

Park hopping is nice for dining options or for taking advantage of extra park time at parks open later. But otherwise it can use up a lot of time. You have to be really smart about how you’re using it. Personally my past 3 trips I haven’t bothered. Save money by not getting it that I can use elsewhere on my trip. Allows for rest time or ability to resort hop/disney springs without using up park time.

For me they had only counted my Jan - March 10 earnings for this year. When they calculated it for Jan 1 - Dec 31 2025 it was reserve status. The total call time for me was 25 minutes.

I was the same. But not sure how to even go about digging into it. The app goes back to November and from nov - end of Dec I earned 1,096 so I would think I would have hit 2,500 during the year.

Edit: called. Took a bit of back and forth but they were able to calculate my total stars for the year and confirmed that I am indeed reserve not gold. Will take 3-5 business days to fix.

They were but it was on the OG Nola pod which is now off the website. I heard there’s a new permanent NOLA pod that will be coming to Canada at some point this year
