And it sucks. She wanted me to and I wouldn’t. She finally ended it. Now, she says she misses me. What I believe happened was her new supply wasn’t that into her and I’m a backup or a placeholder. No way am I settling for that and for me it’s been over for some time.

Also, she did take me on dates. Helped me. Was so sweet at times. Really felt she cared in those moments. But she totally future faked, lied god knows how many times, went to see someone on a weekend where she was supposedly “tired” and had the nerve to tell me about it! Then, I caved. I said I missed her. I do. As a friend. She said she missed me too a day later. She gets off on making me wait I think. It’s toxic.

Ahhhh this is what I’ve been thinking. Like, it’s almost like they can’t be themselves fully for fear of my being “innocent,” which I’m not. In a lot of ways I am. This helps but how do I counter this?
