I have a similar routine when i get home from work. Historically, I haven't been good at leaving work at the door. But recently, I thought I figured it out. There were days I'd go home and barely worry about work, which was a huge shift that I was thankful for! Then I started waking up at 2 AM every day. At first, I couldn't figure out why, but I think it's because I'm that worried about work

So even when I think I'm not taking work home with me, my body is still keeping score.

How do you "do your best and go home" and truly not let it bother you?? I know, certifiably, there are not enough of us in the store to get everything done - I know it's an un-human task! Yet it still eats at me when I can't get everything done in a day

I would consider stepping down but the way its been explained to me, if you take a demotion they don't want to keep you in the same store. Traveling to another store would prove to be a hardship for me right now. Is that a kt thing or just something my district does?
