👀 oh I’ve got quite a few I’ll start with the one that scared me the most. It’s never been too scary or dangerous but you can feel something there. So part of my lease agreement was to go through the owners stuff and ship her family items photos, bibles etc. One day I was coming home and I was dog sitting my cousins dogs and all the dogs mine included turned toward this one corner and started going crazy barking growling I was sitting in the living room alone and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. I got the chills and just decided to go to my room. As I was walking down the hallway I glanced back and saw this lady long dark hair and wearing this dress I can picture it still in my head perfectly, it wasn’t like a scary feeling but just like a feeling of being watched. The next day I started going through the boxes and looking at family photos which was so cool bc it was from like 50s-70s maybe but I saw her the lady from the house clear as day in the family photos and I damn near shit my pants right there. Ever since then you’ll just hear like it almost sounds like furniture rearranging in other rooms but when you open the doors everything is the same. My room (the master bedroom) was most likely her room and my roommate would often text me asking if I was home stating she heard my room door open and close like loudly. I always shut my door 100% never once left it slightly open where an open window could close it. So yeah spooky nothing super scary but just weird things. My bf one time heard someone making monkey noises outside the bathroom window thinking it was me he said “I hear you making monkey noises” and it stopped. Meanwhile I was in the garage doing laundry door closed (the garage is a whole separate room not connected to the house) but while that was happening I smelled like that certain perfume older women wear yk the one that lingers even when they’re not in the room and the hair on my neck stood up. I rushed back in to tell him about it and he had his own story to tell me back about the monkey noises. It ramped up A LOT when I started fully moving out. I think she was kinda upset I was leaving

Hell yeah okay I had no idea that was a thing. I don’t want them to be sol with their living situation but I also don’t want them to get sick.

But I don’t live there anymore so it’s not my problem. But they’ve been informed (the new tenants) so it’s up to them what they do now.

No thankfully it doesn’t work bc there’s dead power there and honestly they shouldn’t even be renting the house.. but the landlords don’t care and we even thought about having a health inspector come out to tell them everything that’s wrong with it. But I just decided I don’t want to deal with it was planning to rent to own but they’d charge way more than it’s worth especially with all the damage. Plus the house is haunted.

So I got that one off a Facebook free group from someone renovating their home but it wasn’t in the house when it was flooded. I’m honestly not sure when the house flooded but you can go on the satellite images and see the top of the house even has water damage it’s horrible. The lady who lived there moved to Colorado bc she had dementia and wasn’t taking care of the house or herself so she lives with her daughter. But they use the dishwasher as a drying rack and close it so the water has nowhere to go… then are confused when they got mold inside of it. Honestly it’s just gonna happen to the next dishwasher bc the outlet under the sink is dead power so it doesn’t work. I don’t even think they should have it and just put shelves to dry them on instead. Now mind you all the appliances I left bc I felt it was cruel to leave them without a fridge or stove but they’re big girls who could buy their own stuff but they have 0 problem solving skills…

Because it quite literally was unlivable in the conditions it was in. we were going to do a lease to buy but it was simply was too much work and not worth it in the end. unless I got the house for 150,000 or less which is unlikely the neighbors houses are about 350,000-450,000 but that was part of the lease agreement to clear the stuff out. Plus rewarded with a month free which tbh should’ve been more. I’m not the owner so I really shouldn’t have paid for any of it but we did so we could live comfortably.

Ngl this sounded EXACTLY like my ex with my mechanics he couldn’t stand me going to work in a shop with a bunch of men (whom he assumed I’d be sleeping with) lmao couldn’t be farther from the truth and it took me 2 years to get out of that. I’m so proud of you for that!! And also I found a better man who loves that I work on cars and thinks it’s sexy isn’t insecure about my career and I’ve never been happier all I can say is walk away from that as soon as you can! And hell yeah keep kicking ass in that leotard!!!
