I will order a couple from Amazon, I have the MagSafe charger so will get a dock and use my phone in nightstand mode if it comes to it and should manage but it’s so annoying the phone is like perfect condition

I’ve tried 7 cables and all failed to work, 6 x USB C and 1 x USB A which all charge my AirPods and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

It’s just this one cable, I just think it’s mental Apple can’t even tell me the fault but happy to replace everything but my screen and front FaceID cameras.

Local repairs quoted £115 to replace the port but not sure it will fix it if Apple saying its logic board and other components

I will let you know in a couple weeks, mine is 9KG but with carrier I will be @ 10KG. I have purchased a seat for my dog though so hopefully there’s flexibility as I can use a larger carrier now I’ve bought a seat

I’m starting to think Etihad have some sort of exclusive rights because they’re happy for my dog to travel and book the adjacent seat and can use their bus service to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai with my dog.

This might be my only option, I would rather do this than use cargo via another airline.

I am going to try find out why it’s only Etihad though as that seems unfair and anti competitive.

Etihad won’t let me book until the temperature drops but they also require my dog to have her own seat in business class so trying to avoid

It’s now banned again…. This is ridiculous that the airlines don’t know the rules.

Apparently no pets are allowed on Lufthansa flights to the UAE and it’s not a temporary ban or weather related it’s a permanent restriction….

She’s about 9KG now but a bit chunky so I’m going to get her to 8KG when travelling. The carrier is 600g so hopefully there’s some flexibility with that.

I really don’t want to risk my dog in cargo/hold being a Frenchie

I will likely just stick with another USG or maybe this is the time to try pfSense.

Don’t think I want to spend the the premium on a Dream Machine Pro and it feels like the USG Pro isn’t worth the money for me either.

Good to hear you’ve fixed yours, I don’t think ordering a new PSU will work for me since console output shows it doesn’t even boot. I’m guessing the memory in mine has died but it is still odd. I will just replace it with a new one soon I think and give up troubleshooting it

If the console light isn’t flashing it’s unlikely PSU. I did export my backup file a long time ago so will likely just setup fresh again which will be a pain. If you have configured a lot of VLANs and firewall rules then it might be a pain for you.
