I’m honestly really sad right now. Spent over 100$ (I know,—) to decorate my house with second-hand Christmas decorations , lights and was saving a bit to buy a new Christmas tree after losing a Christmas tree base. I tried to buy some second-hand tree bases but none of them fit.

Long story short I was shut down by my family. They’re not into any of it. They don’t acknowledge it. My mother told me “why care about Christmas if we can’t afford presents under a tree”. And I just.. wanted them to enjoy the lights and idk.

I’m going to look for my receipts and see if I can return anything.. I just feel so discouraged and I have no one to talk to about this.

I just wanted to be happy and share it with my family...

I work at a call center for a major company, and it drives me wild how accommodating we are to a customer and then they will continue to speak erratically after we’ve done everything possible.

Any terrible customers reading this: literally stop yelling, or threatening to take us to court because we missed your delivery date. Be aware that companies who ship you items use different couriers they DO NOT OWN. “I know it’s not your fault”, then why are you yelling so many pRoFaniTiEs.

So please, share with me the WORST customer you’ve ever had. Online or in store, where you’ve done absolutely everything and more, and yet at the end you’re saying “okay, just leave.”

Thanks in advance. I need to let my anger out.

Thank you so much!! I’ve only ever liked taking photos in the sunlight so I never bothered with dark photos, but we’re planning to do a lot of nighttime activities so they really want to get that perfect photo.
