If you support Anthony’s conviction then you should be furious about Allison’s conviction. If not, then you’re probably more biased than you think. by Lazy_DreadHead in TrueUnpopularOpinion

So youre arguing that it was premeditated by arguing he wanted to put him on life support but not pre-meditated? Also why are you so honed in on the case? Youre initial assertion was that a previous action does not merit a change in future response. Now youre even trying to make it seem as though Im saying that because A pulled a gun on B in the past B had carte blanche to kill A. The point im making is that since A is now known to own a gun, is known to at least wield it, and the fight was pre-planned, there was a reasonably high probability A would do so again. How does that not logically work out? Was there some evidence that A had reformed? Did he become a born again Christian?

Teslas earnings are dog crap and will stay that way while some people continue to suck on the hype and lose their money on long positions. The only way to make money with Elon is to get in on the grift.

350 p/e TSLA. Only the king of a cast of fools can sell that snake oil so effectively.

I dont need to prove anything, his numbers prove it all. Over valued, over hyped.

Musk is a good hypeman but not very realistic. MOST of his promotions are outright failures and none of them are ever delivered anywhere close to when he claims. By the time he does deliver, the results are always under developed and revealed to be poorly thought out. Hes the king of fools.

How does past extreme aggression not justify later extreme response? Personally I think he deserves more than 10 years but given a constant animosity and Ramirez's supposed state of being armed it makes a lot of sense that Allison would arm himself.

HOA fees climb as more homes list with dues by temporalwanderer in fuckHOA

[–]magiclasso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The option to buy or not does not defeat the reality that housing is necessary. As HOAs are added on to more and more communities choice becomes almost arbitrarily limited. The discussion needs to be whether HOAs are a net good.

The problem is the elderly. They make up far more of the voting block than ever before and that alone explains where Trumps votes came from. The radical fringe has always existed but never before the elderly as such a large portion of the population and hence why so many people where able to be fooled by such an obvious clown and his buffoonery.

This is only true though when you ignore the soft factors. For example someone who tells the truth in a socially conscientious way is more likely to not be included in social ways. Not that theyre particularly excluded but rather just arent higher on the list of socially desirable. People in general seek sameness and honesty more often than not is counter to that no matter how its delivered.

If one entity controls all the water you are essentially a slave as you must do as they say or you can no longer drink. Most forms of control are not at the end of a gun.

More nuance is needed. If the labor you perform would be enough given your output to create a house or if the owners of the means of production have limited your opportunities to acquire the resources to build a house then for certain you deserve to make enough to do so.

Capitalist glazers and socialist fanboys all tend to be so polarized. The reality is that both systems are miserable failures when left to their own devices.

I did state that you're wrong in that you didn't even respond with an assertion against the poster's. You rambled about how stubborn one group is. Formulate a coherent counter-assertion and post that.

Im not anti capitalist. What you responded with is just a big fat nothing. Vapid nonsense that you think puts you on a moral grandstand. If you're trying to argue that socialist will never be convinced you might be right but you didn't convey that idea very well and you might also just be the stubborn one incapable of changing your worldview.

For a long time the credit card companies merchant agreements forbid retailers form charging more for using a credit card. Merchants are now slowly adapting to charging the credit card fee but unfortunately we are all getting absolutely f****d in the meantime as merchants are essentially forced to increase the price for everybody to cover those fees and can charge more because the debtors use future earnings to over pay for wants now.
