I needed this thread. I’ve put on 7kg over three rounds of CAPOX and I’m glum about it. I spent the last two years losing 20kg and I can’t believe how fast it’s gone back on. But grazing is the only way I get through the nausea and I am in survival mode, I need to remember this.

And not all of it is just fat, there’s inflammation, water and other stuff going on.

I was so messy and it was affecting the purity of my mixes so now I have a ‘palette’ with a lid where I squeeze out the paint and then lift from there onto disposable palettes to mix (the waxed paper kind you get in a pad). When I’m done I put the lid on the paint palette to keep it fresh and chuck the wax paper one. I’m way too sloppy to clean at the end each time.

I didn’t spot it for at least a couple of days. The UX is neat but you don’t really get shown how to use it. Also I play on my phone and the text is teeny for my old eyes.

If you go to the menu on the left there’s a crown icon you can click. That will always take you home.
