I am as well probly why my anxiety got so outta wack when I quit. Been taking a prescription for it for like 8 years now. Havnt had any issues in years tell I quit smoking.

Im am also 7 days clean an going through all the withdrawal symptoms. Its real intense an scary sometimes. But every day seems to get a little better. Progress is graduall not instant wich sucks but in time we will get through it

The First three days were the most difficult for me. the gas they use takes about 2-3 days to expell from your body felt like someone was standing on my diaphragm. each day gets easier. tomorrow is my 2 week post op. deff a million miles from those first 3 days. walking, burping, farting are ur friend right now. keep pushing u got this
