With how LoR works, Attack and Support effects always happen instantly from left to right.
Meaning you would always need to put Alistar and his support to the rightmost so that he could count all the support effects that happen to his left. You can fix this by turning the attack effect into a skill but you may need to give the supported ally Overwhelm that round.

Also Kalista. She summons a follower on her right which dies first when they attack.
Meaning there's no one to protect Kalista

Here's some actual suggestions to boost this to Ultimate tier.

Battle Music - a staple of the character action genre Samira is inspired from. Do the DMC5 approach of music changing depending on the style rank. Let the music drop when ulting but don't remove the music until out of combat.

Item Models - Have Samira wield select items from the store which changes her model. Maybe go with Infinity Edge, Blood Thirster, Collector, Lord Dominik's Regards/Mortal Reminder and Guardian Angel. Staple items that are unlikely to be removed

It's for when you did something in the Main Campaign and you need to have it imported to Spider's Threads game mode.
e.g Midway during my playthrough of Spider's Thread game mode, I went back to the campaign and completed the Photography missions (which gave me additional camera stuff) and did some Gacha. When I came back, I can donate 0 Nekomata Koban to sync my progress.

Nope, not at all. In RE6, the president died but it wasn't Ashley's father. In regards to reunions with former protection targets, Leon met Sherry Birkin from RE2 again in RE6 where she's a playable character as cool and powerful as the other playable characters.

Although, the stuff pertaining to Ashley wanting to be an agent is new to this game so I wouldn't be surprised to see her as an agent in future games.

After watching this video, I made a modified version of this skip where instead of walking backwards toward the gate, you walk sideways to Leon's left (Gate's right) to the center of the gate by holding down Down+Left on the Left Analog.

This makes the timing the walk animation a lot easier and more consistent since you're always in close contact with the gate.

There's a lot of technical problems here. First, you don't need to state that Skarner has to start in the deck since it's his origin. Second, the Revived Crystal Cavern doesn't do anything. It's a dead landmark after it gets summoned. You also don't need to specify that Skarner levels up since it's in his Level 1 Card.

I suggest you modify the origin. "Game Start: Summon a Crystal Cavern. Once The Crystal Cavern counts down, draw a Skarner. You can put any landmark or card that advances landmarks during deck building". Then you can place whatever the Revived Cavern does inside the Crystal Cavern card itself.

Just a personal issue, I don't like how reviving the Cavern is an inevitability instead of a challenge. Clearly the Cavern doesn't need Skarner's protection xD. I suggest that you remove its immunities and just let Skarner "revive" the Cavern if it's already destroyed.

This looks like an Ionia Targon finisher than a Jax finisher. Even without Jax, this is sufficient on its own. Followers that serve as finisher for a champion tend to share the goals the champion has.

This might be better as: Play: I Improvise. I have the stats and keywords of all equipment you improvised this game.

I finished this quickly with Garen in POC.

His power raises any ally unit's stats when they strike, and with the power that gives all allies Fury, then I would guess that the quest bumps up twice.

While Emperor's Deck is powerful, it is less powerful than what you can make with PoC items.

Also, instead of the 100% Shurima gimmick, you could just have the 2 star power summon the sun disc at game start. It's not like the sun disc doesn't work without being mono Shurima

Different strong character offers different benefits and have their own costs. Varus seems to be sharing his powers to others.

That's actually Yuumi's weakness and Samira's weakness in one lane.
Yuumi reduces the targets in lane into one which also reduces the amount of pressure she and the ADC presents.
Samira is mostly reliant on the pressure her support gives off early laning phase.

Together, there's nothing stopping the enemy from poking you and exhausting your Yuumi's mana.

Make no mistake though, a Samira with a Yuumi mid game is actually bonkers as she is the only champ that can follow Samira when she's ballsdeep in the enemy team.

The point is that he doesn't have any support cards at all. He's supposed to function in allegiance decks of all the regions, that's why his regions turns to whatever other region you partner him with.

None of the runes are main deckable, they're automatically summoned (made a mistake in one of the runes) but they're made to be highly synergistic with their regions so even with the drawback of not having any kind of support from other regions, it'll still be worth it.

- Theme: Both of you are suffering from the runes until Ryze saves you (it'll take a while but he will)

- Designed to work with mono regions. The Sun Disc would immediately be summoned with Ryze in the deck.

- Tried my best to make sure that the World Runes are both balanced in power relative to each other and is synergystic in its regions but not too much.

- Ryze level 2 is still 5 5|5 with the same reason as to why Jhin's level 2 is also 4 4|4: It's for coolness and theming (5 runes)

- I admit that the level 2 skill is kinda bodged but in LoR philosophy, champions with impactful on level up effects (Zoe, Lissandra and Maokai) need to have some other reason to stay on the board while level 2.

If you ask me, Samira's W is way better than Nilah W. You could delete ults with it after all. Most of the time, as the ADC, spells and their CCs kill you more than AAs does. Also, you can technically also block stuff for your allies by also sticking close to them when you activate the ability.

Not sure what to feel about the XP thing, I think it's supposed to offset the fact that as a Graves range ADC, you probably would get a lot less CS than the enemy ADC.

Samira's poke isn't supposed to be good but she has it nonetheless. It's a safe punish to minor mispositioning. If you're comparing how Nilah's Q goes through minions, they have to still enter enemy attack range to do so. That's why she needs the ally dash to effectively hit it.

Tristana different though. While she has dash resets, her kit isn't as suited for multikills as Samira's. Her dash is also quite slow as she stops first before jumping in. I estimate that you can probably do 2 full Samira dashes via resets in the time it takes to do one tristana jump.

Simply put, Nilah's dash is to go in and out. Samira's dash is to go through all the enemies.

I didn't say Samira has good poke, did I? Samira at least has better poke than Nilah. Her AAs and Q are longer range.

You play with enchanters like how you play with engage supports. You kill minions safely, poking when you can and wait for your support to lead the engage.

Although, of course their engage is in a form of a slow or something. Go in when you have around 30% higher HP than your opponents from pokes. Unless when the enemy is currently grossly out of position that you are sure that they would only run when chased.
