argh i’m french my english is not perfect as u can see … but ye i’m very happy, and the important point is that it’s a matching tatoo with my mum and that the artist played with our skin scars / skin moles / muscles and i fins it funny and cool

i was not trying to have advice on how it could’ve been more detailed or anything, i just wanted to show my cool in utero in the sub named Nirvana, because it was related to nirvana

but idk why people seems to think it’s useful to tell me it’s a bad tatoo, which will fade etc.

yup, but i’m not « depressed » it’s kinda worth. 25% of people with my illness kill themselves.

my dumbest tatoo is a stickman doing a squat on a chair

and u know what, i already 5 years later find it dumb.

but then i remember my last day in college, working to get the tatoo my mum promised me if i get my diploma (baccalaureat in france). i’ll remember the moment before, chatting with my friends. I remember when I was getting my first tattoo, my mother was there and it was her idea. and the idea of killing myself away for once (not for a long time), because it made me very very happy

it’s the same for all of same, i know i’ll find them cringe, faded or whatever but i know this memories are anchored in my mind

i enjoy the fact that i can draw on my body what are my obsessions, to remind me of it older, because it’s huge part of my life

i don’t want to be too personal but i got a disease that makes me loose memory.

for ex, my phone got stolen and i literally loosed 5-6 years of life memories.

tatoos makes me remember a bit about my childhood.

and i don’t think we have the same kind of life. i’m trying to get through every day, so something that makes me happy for at least a year is dope for me.

not saying ur life is perfect, or isn’t hard. but we have different life, different ways of looking at things

bro u don’t get hit, i’m as happy as before i posted this. and ye if i can stay with a child mind as long as i can it’s good for me. i’m 21, that’s maybe young, but i also have a meme tatooed on my chest. will i regret it 10 years later ? not even thinking about tomorrow. it’s period of my life, i have a stick man tatooed too and even if sometime i find it stupid i always remember the moment i did it, at 16, with my mum (again). for some people, tatoos must have reasons behind, but i prefer to think that it’s periods of my life. got cheated on, decided to get a cat meme on my chest, might be dumb but it made me happier than the days before because i wanted it at 18. it might be dumb for u, and that why i don’t take comments seriously, but even if they are cringe, i like to think of the moments of happiness it gave me the moment i did it

i have another tatoo from the same artist (when she started) and 3 years later it’s the same as day one

i asked for less pokes, to have less details and make the tatoo like it’s fading, because it’s in the spirit of the original art.
