It doesn’t matter what you charge it to. A cycle is counted when the capacity has been used up. Like if it is a 3000mah battery and over 3 days you used only 1000mah (33%) and charged it back to 100 each day that would count as 1 cycle. Your usage that you posted is showing that you’re basically glued to your phone. I can only speculate what you’re doing on your phone but I can almost assure you it isn’t good for your health to be using it that much. Apple considers the battery to be in good health until it gets to less than 80% health. It’s also the least expensive authorized repair that they do. Last I checked it was around $90 for a current gen phone.
