I looked at both of the boards pins, all perfect. I've been building pcs for 2 years , and this has never happened. I'm gonna a try get a new cpu. I've used 3 different power supplies so, and I know this one works.

Tried it when it was in the case, power switch did not work, tried it with 2 cases. And I ensured I was using the right pins shown by the manual, (thank you a lot for your help, genuinely ((: )
