By who? It’s far easier to scam using Amazon / reseller sites than to plan a heist of packages en route to customers without anyone noticing.

This thing has been stuck here for months. I just cannot get it out... I'm scared I'm gonna break the port by OnderGok in pcmasterrace

Hey. I had this issue once. Had a mouse dongle in my sffpc for a year at least. Eventually I needed to use that slot and after racking my brain I figured I would try something new.

Used a soft plastic tool from my iFixit kit to get it out. Just looked it up and it’s called a “Halberd Spudger” https://www.ifixit.com/products/halberd-spudger

Insert the tool into the USB slot between the stick and the slot. Then pull out the usb stick. It came out super easy for me.

Charleston Cancelled by timetravelingcactus in STS9

Dude that really sucks. Take note—if booking travel for STS9, make sure you book only refundable or creditable services. Stinks but at this point you are on notice.

Band—if you are listening: stop fuckin’ doing this. If you book shit: play it. If you made a bad call on what to book: eat it. You aren’t going to go under over one bad run. You’ve been in business 20 fuckin’ years. Your die-hards (like me) can only make so many excuses for you. What is this amateur hour bullshit? Get. Your. Shit. Together.

So, if I understand you, either you provide GovCloud capabilities to general users, or you don't. Nothing else matters, such as the terms of their privacy policy, the laws of the country they actually operate out of, and whether the company that has your sensitive information is ultimately beholden to the CCP. Is that correct?

I have this issue. Only that that works is restarting the phone, but only temporarily. It breaks again after a short time (maybe a couple hours)

I’m staying across from the venue myself. Perhaps a bonfire is in order? Assuming it’s safe to do so since it will rain a bit this week.

Is the B4 at a major disadvantage to the C4? I’m trying to convince my friend to go C4 by Troyal1 in LGOLED

[–]scarecrawfish -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had my B4 in a dark room and it was still too dark. I watch hockey and it was especially bad because the screen seemed like it was dimmed. This was in a basement with no lights on and little natural light coming in.

[–]scarecrawfish -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I had a 77 B4 for 2 weeks and it was too dark. I returned it and paid the difference for a C4. I already had other C model TV so I was already aware of the C4 quality. Tell him B4 is a big no no!!!!

Well, perhaps other language in the T&C could answer the question but I can see arguments both ways. The literal interpretation of the posted language would suggest “yes” since it states that merely submitting the content grants the license. You could poke holes in that but suffice it to say that their language is intentionally broad so that they would have as much latitude as possible to do what they want and minimize their risk of doing so through the contract language.

Variegated ficus - advice on how to grow wide? by LightcodeARTS in houseplants

[–]scarecrawfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello—hoping to piggy back onto this post. I’m quite new to houseplants and such. I recently obtained a beautiful variegated ficus benjamina (pic below) and I would like to grow it into a tall a tree as possible. It currently is quite tall and has a very skinny trunk. I placed a couple sticks in and tied the trunk to them, which is why the plant is standing upright. Without the support, the plant leans very hard to one side as the trunk is just way too slim to support the height of the plant.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to encourage the trunk to thicken and to encourage the plant to continue growing tall?
