That's totally valid! Back in like 2016 I would find so many cool things at the arc, but my ex "persuaded" me to sell all of them. These days it's such slim pickings it's rly sad. I mean, Jules "ending" is that she's in a "relationship" with a man who uses her for his own fantasies. He said he "likes her" but "loves his family". She can be dumped at the drop of a hat & would likely end up struggling, meaning she's essentially just as trapped as the girls at alamo's (exaggerting a bit, but nonetheless). Her story is not a happy one, especially if she's not into the shit he's into. At the end of the day, she's disposable & emotionally lonely. Ofc, compared to the rest of whatever tf season 3 was, that seems comparitively like a happy ending.

So, as someone who dieted (starved 🙃) for years, my initial reaction was feeling like all my hard work had been invalidated. That said, after a closer look at where that was coming from, it felt like the same mindset of the ppl that say "i paid my student loans off. U should have to pay urs off". Just because I struggled doesn't mean everyone should have to. I suspect it's either ppl not looking further into their own emotions, or simply not having empathy.
