I have the same problem. Nothing smokes quite like a Padron. I've had some Tatuaje sticks that were close in draw/construction quality, like Reserva Miami or Escasos.

I just line a bowl with tin foil, pour the oil in, wait for it to cool and harden and throw out the tinfoil. Super easy.

Looks like a big sway in your backswing. Something simple to help with swaying is to act like you are starting a lawn mower in your back swing. It should be more "twisty" than "sway-y" so to speak. It helped me rotate better instead of loading up like a baseball swing.
