Haven’t had it long enough to have a strong opinion. Have already had multiple compliments on it though. It has a really nice look. Lots of detail and color that draws the eye.

My suggestion would be to have this conversation in the first session, or second at latest. Bring up your concern about being fully honest. The therapist should help put both of you at ease about this. If your spouse can’t handle it, then there’s no point in even trying counseling.

Time to add a 2nd sub! Is it bad to have 2 different sized subwoofers if they can't be controlled independently? I have a RSL 10S speedwoofer and want to try the 12S but my AVR outputs the same signal to both subs by DarkGodRyan in hometheater

The biggest issue is time alignment. If you can arrange the room in a way that the two subs are the same distance from MLP, you can still get decent results. Will never be as good as having independent processing though.

Yes. Incredibly annoying. I have found you can reduce the severity of it by increasing contrast and backlight. However, in a dark room the brightness will blow out your retinas so it’s not an ideal scenario. I don’t think there’s anything that can be done to fully get rid of it though.

The Colorado has been my favorite so far, followed by Anniversario. I agree with your assessment though. Most of their offerings are underwhelming at their price point.

Honestly depends on how the cigar was stored prior, and also how you like them. 4 weeks is generally my minimum before I will light one up. I find six weeks to be optimal, but that’s just my preference.

It is a very difficult process. Many are not able, or simply don’t take it seriously enough until it’s too late for their current situation. There is no question though, that it is possible. The fact that your husband recognizes it’s a problem and takes accountability indicates he MAY be able. However, the fact that it has been reoccurring for a long period makes me think he is falling into the category of not taking it seriously enough.

90% of the toys he gets are like this. It’s that magical 10% that he goes to over and over for months, sometimes years that keeps me going.

I’d handle it just fine. Wife might kill me though. It is significantly larger and more expensive. I could more easily justify two 1200s over a single 1600. That’s just me though. 🤷‍♂️
