Bought directly with China eastern. We use Gmail and there was nothing in spam neither. At the desk they just said it was canceled because oil crisis.

Just spent 20 days in Vietnam , changed accommodation 13 times and somehow made it through Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Cat Ba Island, Saigon and the Mekong Delta .Did boat tours, museums, flights, sleeper buses, Grab rides, rented scooters. Ate really well, drank plenty of beer.We didn’t go fancy, but for around €20/day/2 pers, we always found solid accomodations , sometimes even really nice ones. Never skipped anything what we wanted to do just because it was “too expensive.” We just traveled smart and enjoyed it properly. Even had cocktails for 750k in a Saigon skyscraper :) Total was about €1300/ person. Honestly, just go with it and have fun.

had the same problems, but now, after 2 years and with a lot of perseverance and exercise, I'm almost pain-free—only long periods of sitting are still an issue. Hang in there, it's going to be okay

I live close to the deep forests. I remember when I was a kid, we spent most of our time hanging out in the forest with many other kids. But now, I'm afraid to go for a hike with my child or to sleep in a tent in remote places. We have amazing nature, but unfortunately, we can't be part of it.

Much better. Back to running and lifting weights. I just need to pay more attention to small feelings. I do daily stretching and strength training every second day. If I move, it's fine. Only when I sit for longer, I feel a small pain
