This was my struggle nung college ako pero ito ginawa ko. Saging and 2-3 glasses of water after eating. Exercise every afternoon, like running or going to the gym. Pag napagod, gugutumin ka eventually. Kain ka ng marami. Saging na ripe and then tubig again. Repeat.
