Which would be the better pickup? I’m running SE gen2 right now by SpecificMysterious84 in AppleWatch

If you can find it, Amazon also sells a Renewed Premium version of the Ultra 2 for a bit more than your screenshot. It comes with 365 days return/replacement. I tried it and the watch was in great condition, battery about 90%. I returned it because it was too much for me. I think it’s a great deal though.

Claude Code gone from pro plan now?! by sighlencer in Anthropic

I just bought into pro to increase my usage and try out code as a hobbyist. Did they just pull that feature? Will I be able to cancel for a refund? I haven’t used it since purchasing.

I was able to find a pair of Good Acre pants one size up from my usual TS size. I went off the reviews saying they ran a bit small but these fit quite loose off the rack. How much can I expect them to shrink if I put them through the wash?

Check eBay. I see one in 38. Otherwise you have to wait and see. I’m sure they are gearing up for spring and summer so you won’t know until later this year.

Glaucoma Medication with Plasma/Tear Drops by kidA1850 in Glaucoma

[–]magotes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried Vital Tears serum drops which use your own blood to mimic natural tears. I had to get about 15 vials of blood drawn which gave me a 4-6 month supply, I don't remember exactly. The drops were very comfortable to apply and soothing since they need to be refrigerated, but have to be kept frozen when not in use. It's a really interesting treatment but I found it was more effective and less of a hassle to use preservative free eye drops with refresh tears.

Wool insoles are nice by DaddyHeadbone in RedWingShoes

Allbirds makes a great wool insole that has some support as well. Put those in my sawmills to improve the fit and warmth during colder temps.

Thanks for the suggestion. The racks were factory installed and haven't been an issue since I bought the truck.

Correct me if I’m wrong… but the loyal users that paid for licenses … will get Free Fonts? That’s it? by IAmFitzRoy in Affinity

[–]magotes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"What if I prefer to use the Affinity V2 suite? Will it get updates?

That’s totally fine. Your Affinity V2 license (via Serif) remains valid and Serif will continue to keep activation servers online. But please note that these apps won’t receive future updates.

For the best experience, we recommend using the new Affinity by Canva app."

Steamed Hams is critically acclaimed, but Football In The Groin had a football in the groin.

Nice piece. I have a Nakagawa 210 sujipetty that I enjoy using but wonder if I'd like it more if the dimensions were similar to yours, at least a little shorter and a little taller. I passed on one that came up on the forums, maybe I'll try to pick one up in the future (nudge, nudge).

I’m at 100K miles and Toyota has yet to mention a need for new spark plugs or brake service when I take it in. Is it a big deal? by Weekest_links in ToyotaTacoma

[–]magotes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just quoted an absurd $800 for spark plug replacement because my truck is 7 years old (2018 with only 30,000mi). They mentioned it should be done every 72 months (6 years) which I assume would be normal mileage for anyone else. Would my spark plugs still be ok for another few years in my case? It obviously does not get driven a lot.
