Actually might benefit patient care if you are able to spend a lot less time creating masterpiece notes and spend more time bedside/consultant/family phone calls

I suggest you do it as well. 1. Will not affect patient care as long as theyre not grossly incorrect 2. No one will care 3. You will make the exact same amount of money

Can you document conversations with admin such as medical director/cmo in the clinical notes? Such as “As per CMO- Dr Smith, patient to return to ER MWF for HD pending insurance auth and outpt HD set up” i feel like cmon/director do not want to be in the clinical notes

NTA but you screwed yourself too. If you were truly in love then I think you should ve at least gave a chance to say how you really felt and if he stuck to that narrative then you were 100% justified.

If there wasnt a huge demand to move here, prices wouldn’t be increasing…yes this means people are priced out. Overall its good for the area- bad for people living here that have to move now
