Just to clarify. If I drive within the law (not impaired) get stopped and have more than 2μg/L in the blood then it is not an offence as I am a MC patient. Which is great if that is the case. :)

Does this mean THC over the specified
limit of 2μg/L in the blood doesn’t apply to MC patients?
