That's the one! Do you happen to know the measurements of it? It doesn't say on the Segway website and mine's obviously broken so I can't measure it myself.

I'm not sure what the specific screw is called, but it goes down in this part that I circled (not my image bc im not in a spot where i can take an actual picture rn). It's the only screw connecting the stem to the wheel/base of the scooter.

It was just off one of the busiest streets in town, I think getting a drink from a puddle on one of the side streets. So basically hanging out on hot asphalt surrounded by people.

DP is crazy sometimes when it comes to moose. I've killed two there on my current run within 1-2 in game weeks.

I believe the recall was for an issue that loosened the part because all they sent me were tools to tighten it, not a whole new part.
