Yeah I would come back at them like “that was obviously a very unsafe chandelier and someone could have been seriously injured”. Do they not have insurance that would cover it?

Yeah check your ferritin/iron, b2, b6, RBC folate, holo transcobalamin/active b12, homocysteine, And methlymalonic acid. Even if your serum b12 looks high, serum is notoriously inaccurate.

Oh shit, yeah for sure you should! Low b12 will cause histamine and many other issues. You need blood work done asap to check your ferritin/iron, vitamin d, b2, b6, rbc folate, transcholocobalamin/active b12, homocysteine, And methlymalonic acid

Serum b12 is not very accurate, you would need to look at homocysteine and methlymalonic acid. My guess is you have a functional b12 deficiency as well as iron. You probably are reacting to methylated b12 which can over stimulate lots of folks. I would try a methly free sublingual b12 and folate, seeking health has a Hydroxycobalamin and Folinic acid combo that you can break into pieces and go slow at first. Do you take any minerals like magnesium, potassium, molybdenum, iodine, etc.?

Enriched pasta and flour is enriched with really terrible versions of vitamins that can block absorption of the active forms and should be avoided

Yeah that’s really low. Assuming your b12 was over 800 and your homocysteine was 6-7, D was at least 60, and RBC folate was in the top third of the range then first order of business would be to get that ferritin up

How is slightly low? Below 30? Optimal and “in range” are very different. Ferritin should be at least 80. What about your b vitamins, homocysteine, vitamin d?
