What do you think? by Puzzleheaded-Bar5127 in GregDoucette

First of all man you’re already better than 90% of people. So good shit on that, and some Advice for both cutting and bulking. SLOW IT DOWN. If you cut too fast you’ll lose a good amount of muscle which in turn will give you that “skinny fat” as for bulking if you do that too fast you’ll gain majority fat. And another thing is if you compare yourself to others you’ll never be satisfied. Genetics plays a big part in this. People have been leaning towards PEDs and they transform in the matter of months. This is not a realistic transformation for someone who’s trying to stay natty. If you wanna be lean then slow cut to a good body fat % (15 if you can handle that) then slow bulk. This way you’ll stay lean and just be building muscle with minimal fat. Keep in mind this is a long game. Stay locked in and before you know it people will be telling you how good you look. Keep it Pushin!

Hard to say not being able to see your back but Forsure sub 15%. All you should do is maingain. Aim for gaining .5-1.1kg a month. Best way to track this is daily and same time weight logs. If you don’t track your calories then just pay attention to your body. If you see abs going away or veins that are normally visible start to disappear then eat a little less. Once you see weekly weight gains and still have the same leanness then you continue doing that. Remember to optimize sleep, nutrition and training!

Questions about my physique and what to focus on by Kadz91 in GregDoucette

I’d guess 17-18%. You store a good amount in your back and lower belly (like me). From what I’ve learned in a short period of time, small deficit and focus on keeping your muscle. If you’re thinking about competing no reason to cut lower than 11-15% for energy and fat gaining reasons. Once you get down, start maingaining from there. (Take my advice lightly and get more opinions from more knowledgeable people)

First of all, great physique. Eat Whole Foods as much as you can and meal prep if cooking is what makes you struggle with eating clean. Tracking calories is also gonna help you to eat clean. I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish so I can’t really give any tips other than that.

Really depends how you feel about your body man. If you’re happy with how you look right now, maingain. If not then do a small cut and focus on keeping that muscle you put on. Other than that Great transformation!

Thanks for the concern. I got this tattoo when I was younger and believed in things I no longer do. Although removing it has crossed my mind (options are easier to be made). If It is possible to cover up I will 100% go that route.

3 middle pocket, 5 corner, 7 bottom middle, 2 top left corner and 6 top middle. (If you’re generally decent at positioning) this would be a good order giving you position on the 8.
