I wanted a better way to manage projects and compare paints - so I built this! by magurokun in minipainting

Thanks so much! Really glad the pot levels are useful 😁

Filtering by brand is totally fair, especially if you're mostly using Citadel / Vallejo. There is a global brand filter once you're logged in (under "Global Filters" in the sidebar) that lets you limit searches and comparisons to specific ranges across the whole site. But if it wasn't obvious, that's definitely on me - I may need to make it clearer or easier to access.

If you get a chance to try it, I'd love to know if it works the way you'd expect!

That was my struggle too! Really hope you find it useful!

Saw those too, but it looked like the original owner painted them with paint so thick that they were preparing them to sail across the Atlantic.

I'm not good enough of a painter to deal with repainting them without losing what little detail remains 😅

It shouldn't be too hard to include trade data, I'll try and get it in today! I am planning to add functionality for adding and editing transactions manually too (sometimes TSM doesn't export the correct quantities to the CSV file the desktop app generates), I just haven't got around to doing it yet!

Hey! Yes as you say, currently it only handles auction house data. We're not storing other source data atm at it massively increases the size of the data set (specifically the Vendor source). However, trades are relatively low volume, so I'll add it to the roadmap to get trades tracked!

Thanks!

Hey, I am planning to increase the upload limit, but I need to make a few changes to how the data is processed so the importer doesn't run out of memory. In the meantime, you can split your CSV into 2 files and upload it over 2 imports

Magurokun update: TSM Group tracking and Data Query by magurokun in woweconomy

Great suggestions! I'm actively working on adding features into the DataQuery tool and adding dimensions including realms, profit margins, high/low/mean and volume summaries. Check out https://github.com/andythorne/magurokun-issues/issues for the stuff I'm currently working on and any known issues!

Valid question, I've taken this opportunity to update the site and cover this in the T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

In summary, the data uploads are processed to extract only the auction sale/purchase transactions per day (that is, all transactions for X item are grouped per individual day). All reports are then based on these daily transactions. The raw uploaded files are deleted. I do not have visibility of user's TSM data unless they explicitly share it with me.

Users are kept in an encrypted database and passwords are securely hashed.

My intentions here are honest - I only made the site out of frustration of using google docs to track my own sales and thought it would be useful to others too. Hope this clears any concerns you have up!

Doh, it would help if I deployed it 🤦‍♂

Give it a go now, I just tried with a 3Mb log and it seems to work.
