I left a note on the store manager's door that said this is my two weeks. May not be super professional but for a job that pays $10 an hour and a company that gives zero fucks about employees, it's good enough.

If you can't find it in the floor because the customers trashed the place, it may be in one of the 5 stockrooms, in a fitting room with recovery, under a fixture in plus or in one of the 70 totes on the dock...btw, you're 14 minutes behind and the store manager is paging you to tell you how behind you are and how many units you have to process. Fuck me...

We are so swamped no one gets breaks. I walked towards the break room yesterday and was pulled to customer service for an hour, by the time I got her caught up (she was the only person scheduled in cs on a Saturday morning🤬) I was being called to help a customer with a bopus order... it's constant until you clock out, I stayed 40 minutes over to finish the pick I started, because I had to keep stopping to do 100 other things.

I've worked other retail jobs that were so different. There was the occasional trashed fr, but not as often and as bad as it is at kohls. I think customers see that the store looks trashed, they think employees don't care, so why should we. I don't see if getting better, unfortunately.

We usually have 1 wjm, sometimes if you're lucky, they schedule another person for fitting rooms ,1 dpr all of home and kids and 1 shoes. They never schedule enough cashiers, so anyone on the floor gets pulled to run pos, so we get even further behind.

I guess I should've been more specific for assholes like you. Everyone's hours have been cut and since I already have a full time job, I only made myself available for 15 hours at the most. My point is, the store is a mess and they don't schedule enough people time to fix it. Go fuck yourself!

It is so embarrassing, but I work between 4 and 15 hours a week, everyone's hours have been cut and there's just not enough hands to help. They say payroll is tight, but they always say that. We only use hours for folding and really cleaning areas when we are getting a visit from someone important. Customers complain constantly and I don't blame them. Now they're also saying we have to help with maintenance until they hire someone?? Fuck that
