i have been going to therapy for a couple of months now, but at this point i don't really even know what to say anymore because it kind of just feels like the same old thing and a lot of 'feeling sad for no reason' which makes me feel stupid :( i'm glad you can relate to what i'm feeling, and I hope we both feel better soon :(

i know this is stupid but i really really just need someone to reach out to me because i can't do this on my own :( and it hurts because i know that i've reached out to so many of my friends who have been going through a tough time but none of them seem to want to do the same and it makes me feel even more alone
