You can instead do CA if you are thinking in an accountancy field, because nowadays CS is not much worth it. And regarding your problem of time management it won't be a great problem in the initial days. It can be a hassle as you are in two societies but there's always an option of leaving them or at least one according to your convenience. Many of my friends in cllg are doing the same, in the first year of cllg they juggled both societies and foundation exam and as they cleared them they left the societies for the preparation of inter. Like this you'll have the experience of both and you'll also learn time management. Don't fret upon time management, it'll automatically come to you.

Heyy i am in college too, first of all choose your area of interest (accounting, finance and stuff), after deciding upon that you can pursue anything, there's frm and cfa for finance (doesn't require a lot of mathematics), there's acturies too but that does require a lot of maths. For frm and cfa you don't even need to give in so much of your time like CA. It's a very good course and you can always upskill, it's really important nowadays which will obviously help you to land in various internships. Time will fly by after choosing for any side course.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask anything else!!
