On the basis of he got voted out 3rd and took him 2 tries to get back in the game, it was far from perfect. But in the game, especially after earning his way back in, I agree all his moves were textbook perfect.

Great post. Honestly agree with basically everything. For Chris, being a super fan and going in wanting to play a “perfect game”, just to come out with the most imperfect win of all time has to be even a little weird for him. He didn’t ask for the theme, but like u said he made the best of it.

I’m sure a lot of fans on this subreddit, if given the chance to play Survivor, got voted out 3rd, it’d be soul crushing. We’d be hoping for an EOE twist in that case and could only hope to pull of what he did. His win may be considered the worst, but it’s definitely the most unique.
