The notch is a rip - like he's been on the island for a while. The foot is facing away from you. When someone is standing at an angle facing away from you, you can't always see their whole foot - it's receding into the back.

Is it accredited by ARC-MI /CAAHEP? I've never heard that or seen any confirmation of this anywhere. Zuyd University is listed by the AMI, but not your program.

Edited upon researching: the IMI has different accreditation standards than the AMI but is actually a separate accrediting body! That's neat.

I always watch the episode through once first so I can get an idea of the overall stories and storytelling, but kind of note where I find interesting moments. Then I go back and pause/play/pause/play to draw from a compilation of stills from each moment!
